Thank you for shopping with Atelier Dzung. We carefully prepare and pack each order so your items arrive safely, beautifully, and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected European Union countries available at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at theorientalatelier@gmail.com before placing an order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination, order weight, package size, and available shipping method.
Any shipping fee shown at checkout must be paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard international shipping to the United States and selected European Union countries usually takes approximately 10–20 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Please note that this estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
Unless these charges are clearly shown and collected at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country or region upon delivery.
For European Union customers: Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees, or local carrier charges depending on the order value, product type, destination country, and applicable local regulations.
For United States customers: Orders may be subject to customs review or import-related charges depending on applicable U.S. import rules, shipment value, product classification, and carrier handling procedures.
Atelier Dzung is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, unpaid duties or taxes, or local carrier procedures.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Atelier Dzung is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transit updates are managed by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at theorientalatelier@gmail.com with your order number, tracking details, and any available photos.
We will do our best to help review the issue and work toward a suitable solution where possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at theorientalatelier@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Returns and Consumer Rights
